global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.18.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Our exclusive <strong>LTD<\/strong> technology in <strong>ALIENO<\/strong> was inspired by two primary factors in our study of tube amplifiers.<br \/><strong>The first<\/strong> is the historical benefit of utilizing an OTL configuration over other traditional approaches.<br \/>Eliminating the output transformer from the signal path is extremely important.<br \/>It is in fact the most important component in the signal path where sound transparency is concerned.<br \/>In its absence, the true sound of tubes can be expressed in all their fullness.<br \/>In addition, some of the flaws generally attributed to tubes, such as slowness, lack of impact, poor low frequency control, to a large extent are not caused by the tubes themselves, but the output transformer.<br \/>Going through any output transformer, the signal undergoes two important transformations: from an electrical signal it is converted into a magnetic field and subsequently re-converted into an electrical signal.<br \/>After this double conversion, a degradation of the purity and immediacy of the sound is inevitable.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.18.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Our <strong>LTD<\/strong> technology differs profoundly from traditional circuits defined as \u2018hybrid\u00b4, which in addition to the output tubes, also include the use of transistors.<br \/>In a hybrid system, after voltage amplification by the tubes stages, the signal is then delivered to the solid-state section for current amplification.<br \/>Two points must be underscored:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In hybrid designs, the tube is tasked with increasing the signal voltage only, but not its current;<br \/>this generates a partial, but important, loss of the tube signature on the sound.<br \/>This precious purity and tonal structure are the desirable aspects of single-ended sound which must not be lost.<br \/>The &#8220;magic&#8221; of tube sound is thus only partially expressed in hybrid designs, since only the voltage modulation supplied to the loudspeaker has those tubes qualities, while the current supply adds the signature typical of transistors.<\/li>\n<li>Moreover if we consider, that although quantitatively inadequate to the direct driving of a speaker, the current supplied from a tube (not modified by the transformer\u00b4s interposition) is at its core excellent for speed, impact and modulation, we put all our energy into preserving 100% of these virtues and delivering them unchanged to the speaker connectors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.18.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>In addition to its sonic excellence, <strong>ALIENO<\/strong> pays attention to technical performance too, both for interfacing with the most difficult speakers, and in relation to its intrinsic stability and practicality of use.<br \/>With a damping factor that exceeds one hundred, and a managed output current of approximately 200 Amperes, we have created an output power structure enviable even for a transistor amplifier, let alone a single ended tube output stage.<br \/>All this with NO negative feedback.<br \/>Stability and user practicality of <strong>ALIENO<\/strong> are assured through no required manual Bias regulation, thanks to electronic circuit management of the KT150 tubes.<br \/>All parameters are constantly optimized over the entire operating life of the tubes.<br \/>In addition to the security and consistency of a system which is always perfectly fine-tuned regardless of electrical grid conditions and power tube aging, the control circuits allow &#8220;Tube Rolling&#8221; without worrying about Bias regulation.<br \/>Another significant advantage is found in the extended longevity of 300B power tubes, which being little stressed, will last well beyond their typically rated five thousand hours.<br \/>In <strong>ALIENO<\/strong> 300B dissipation is about 20W, half of the maximum expected by tube manufacturers.<br \/>Balances between various sections of the circuit are intrinsically managed and ensured through active circuitry and precise passive components selected for their sonic purity.<br \/>No trimmers to adjust and no negative feedback, which is totally absent, just the purity of the original tube sound.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; limitante in termini di trasparenza sonora.<br \/>In sua assenza infatti, la vera sonorit\u00e0 delle valvole pu\u00f2 esprimersi in tutta la sua pienezza;<br \/>inoltre, si scopre che alcuni dei difetti generalmente attribuiti alle valvole, quali ad esempio lentezza,<br \/>mancanza di impatto, scarso controllo a bassa frequenza, in grande misura non dipendono da loro,<br \/>ma sono piuttosto da addebitare al trasformatore d\u00b4uscita.<br \/>Attraversando quest\u00b4ultimo infatti, non si pu\u00f2 dimenticare che il segnale<br \/>subisce due importanti trasformazioni:<br \/>da segnale elettrico viene convertito in magnetico e successivamente riconvertito in elettrico.<br \/>Dopo questa doppia conversione, \u00e8 inevitabile un degrado della purezza ed immediatezza del l\u00b4amplificatore ideale non dovrebbe avere il trasformatore di uscita<br \/>e la sua topologia dovrebbe essere di tipo Single Ended.<br \/>E\u00b4 per questo scopo che abbiamo sviluppato una circuitazione innovativa, battezzata LTD:<br \/>\u00e8 proprio grazie ad essa che il segnale proveniente dalla valvola di potenza fornisce al carico<br \/>costituito dall\u00b4altoparlante, sia la tensione, che la corrente, quest\u00b4ultima di entit\u00e0 assai elevata<br \/>in quanto supportata da un particolare processo di alimentazione a semiconduttori.<br \/>Con 250 Watts per canale ed una erogazione molto generosa di corrente, ALIENO assicura<br \/>un controllo autorevole degli altoparlanti a qualsiasi regime dinamico anche in presenza<br \/>di importanti fluttuazioni d\u00b4impedenza dei diffusori e<br \/>permette di scegliere la tipologia degli stessi in totale libert\u00e0.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\"1_2\" _builder_version=\"4.18.0\" ibride,<br \/>che nella linea di amplificazione oltre alle valvole prevedono anche l\u00b4impiego dei transistor.<br \/>Infatti, in un sistema ibrido, il segnale dopo essere stato amplificato in tensione dagli stadi valvolari,<br \/>viene consegnato alla sezione a stato solido per l\u00b4amplificazione in corrente.<br \/>Due sono i punti che vanno sottolineati: 1) nell\u00b4ibrido, alle valvole spetta solo il compito di incrementare<br \/>la tensione del segnale, ma non la sua corrente; ci\u00f2 genera una parziale, ma importante,<br \/>perdita dell\u00b4imprinting valvolare imposto al suono, quell\u00b4imprinting tanto prezioso e desiderato.<br \/>La \"magia\" del suono valvolare \u00e8 cos\u00ec solo parzialmente espressa, dal momento che<br \/>esclusivamente la modulazione della tensione fornita all\u00b4altoparlante ha un retrogusto valvolare,<br \/>mentre tutta l\u00b4erogazione in corrente resta quella tipica del transistor.<br \/>2) Inoltre, se si tiene conto che, seppure quantitativamente insufficiente al pilotaggio diretto di un diffusore,<br \/>l\u00b4erogazione di corrente di una valvola (non mortificata dall\u00b4interposizione del trasformatore)<br \/>\u00e8 all\u00b4origine eccellente per velocit\u00e0, impatto e modulazione,<br \/>abbiamo ritenuto che valesse la pena spendere tutte le energie possibili<br \/>per cercare di portarla al 100% inalterata ai morsetti del diffusore.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=\"1\" _builder_version=\"4.18.0\" _module_preset=\"default\" background_color=\"#FFFFFF\" custom_padding=\"30px||30px||true|false\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][et_pb_row column_structure=\"1_2,1_2\" _builder_version=\"4.18.0\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][et_pb_column type=\"1_2\" _builder_version=\"4.18.0\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.18.0\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p>Oltre all\u00b4eccellenza sonica, <strong>ALIENO<\/strong> assicura particolare attenzione anche per le prestazioni tecniche,<br \/>sia per l\u00b4interfacciamento con i diffusori pi\u00f9 ostici, sia in relazione alla sua stabilit\u00e0 e praticit\u00e0 d\u00b4uso.<br \/>Circa il primo punto, si osserva un fattore di smorzamento che supera il valore di cento<br \/>e la corrente gestita in uscita \u00e8 circa 200 Ampere p.p.<br \/>Si tratta di valori incredibili per un valvolare e molto alti persino per<br \/>un amplificatore a transistors non controreazionato.<br \/>Riguardo la stabilit\u00e0 e praticit\u00e0 d\u00b4uso di <strong>ALIENO<\/strong>, si ricorda che non \u00e8 prevista<br \/>nessuna regolazione del Bias, grazie ad un circuito elettronico (anch\u00b4esso valvolare con le KT150),<br \/>che costantemente ottimizza i parametri elettrici della valvola finale nell\u00b4arco di tutta la sua vita operativa.<br \/>Oltre alla sicurezza di avere un sistema sempre perfettamente a punto<br \/>indipendentemente dalle condizioni della rete elettrica e dell\u00b4invecchiamento della valvola di potenza,<br \/>i circuiti di controllo permettono di effettuare il \"Tube Rolling\" senza preoccuparsi della regolazione del Bias.<br \/>Altro vantaggio non trascurabile, l\u00b4estesa longevit\u00e0 garantita per le 300B di potenza,<br \/>che essendo poco stressate, durano ben oltre le tipiche cinquemila ore:<br \/>infatti in <strong>ALIENO<\/strong> la dissipazione della 300B \u00e8 circa 20W, esattamente la met\u00e0<br \/>di quella massima prevista dai costruttori.<br \/>Gli equilibri tra le varie sezioni della circuitazione sono intrinsecamente assicurati dalle scelte progettuali<br \/>e dalla precisione con cui \u00e8 stata calcolata e selezionata la componentistica passiva;<br \/>pertanto non solo non esiste alcun trimmer da regolare,<br \/>ma non \u00e8 stato necessario ricorrere alla
